Hearing report

Delphine Provence sums up her oral pleadings before the French Council of State (Conseil d’Etat) against the Decree of the 13th January 2022, making it mandatory for all to receive a third dose of vaccine.

The Minister for Solidarity and Health was forced to acknowledge before the Council of State the potentially serious consequences of the administration of mRNA vaccines, in light of the figures published by the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines: 24% of the side effects observed following the administration of one or more doses resulted in death, life-threatening, hospitalization, disability or severe infection.

As a sole defence, the Minister of Health argues that it is up to everyone to assert a medical contraindication, in order to be exempted from a third dose. In the current state, however, this possibility is not provided for by the law. The Council of State should issue its decision on the legality of the decree by the end of the week.
